- Students wrote Chinese characters big, small, up, down, mountain, and water on their worksheet. When they completed one worksheet they had a sticker. Practice more get more stickers.
Math:
Monday (09/24) :
- Topic 2– Fluently add and subtract within 10.
- 2-5 add in any order.
- Use the same addends to write two different equations with the same sum. (Two numbers can be added in any order and the sum will stay the same.)
Tuesday (09/25):
- Topic 2– Fluently add and subtract within 10.
- 2-6 count back to subtract.
- Count back to solve subtraction problems. (a number can help you count back.)

- Reinforce: addition & subtraction.
- Ten-frame. Students need to fill the ten-frame from beginning to the end.
Thursday (09/27):
- Topic 2– Fluently add and subtract within 10.
- 2-7 Think addition to subtract.
- Use addition facts to ten to solve subtraction problems. (Addition and subtraction have an inverse relationship. Every subtraction fact has a related addition fact.)

- Reinforcement: the time for lunch/recces/go home.
- When students are doing desired behavior, teacher will give students sticker(s). When students are doing undesired behavior, teacher will ask them to give sticker(s) back and ask all students why.
Tuesday (09/25):

- Interconnections(Science/Social Studies) is not taught every day and some lesson can take several days to complete.

- Students can identify people's responsibilities and roles in school. Students know their role in school and in class.
- Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

- Follow directions the first time.
- Work quietly
- Show respect.
